Docks, lifts and bump-in windows

Most towers and hotels want a dock booking, a nominated service lift and a bump-in that finishes before the room opens. We plan a CBD setup backwards from that: confirm the dock window and lift access with your venue, arrive inside it, and have the booth tested before the first guest walks in.

Street parking is not part of the plan in the city. Loading zones are timed and usually metered, so the van works to the dock or the nearest legal zone and the kit comes in on trolleys.

Booths that fit a city footprint

Rooftop bars, hotel function rooms and office floors all trade floor space for a view or for capacity, so footprint is the first question here. The Open-Air Booth has no cabin walls and still brings a full backdrop and props setup, which makes it an easy fit for bars and office events. Where there is a real floor to work with, the 360 Booth earns its space. The Glam and Mirror Booths suit hotel ballrooms where the styling is more formal.

What a corporate booking needs

City corporate events tend to share one constraint: the room is not free until late in the afternoon, and guests arrive not long after. That squeeze is why we ask for the dock and lift details up front, and it decides how early the van leaves Bondi Rd.

An attendant runs the booth on the night and is included with every hire. Unlimited SMS delivery ($50) sends photos to guest phones while the event is still running.

End-of-year functions, product launches, conferences and client evenings all book the same way: choose the booth and hours, confirm the date, and send the building details through when you have them.
