How long should a December booking run?
Hours are total event hours. End-of-year functions tend to start early and finish late, so the four and five-hour packages are the ones that cover the whole night. Every duration is priced in the table at the top of this page for the Retro, Glam, Mirror and 360 booths; the Open-Air Booth is quoted rather than booked online.
What is worth adding in December
Unlimited SMS delivery ($50): guests get their photos on their own phone on the night. A photo album ($80) collects the strips with handwritten messages. Light-up numbers ($350) and neon signs ($100) suit a milestone year.

When should we book an end-of-year date?
As soon as the venue and the evening are fixed. The $200 deposit is what holds the date, and you can pay it before the final headcount is in.
Can the prints carry our company branding?
Yes. A custom print template is a $25 add-on that puts your logo on every print, set before the day. The standard backdrop range is included, or choose one of 10 printed designs for $50.
Can we pay by invoice for a work Christmas party?
Yes. Book online with a $200 card deposit and we invoice the balance, or get in touch and we will raise a quote or an invoice for your finance team.
Which booth suits a venue with a dance floor?
The 360 Booth. If the room is tight, the Open-Air Booth needs only a clear area near a power point.
Do you cover venues outside the Eastern Suburbs?
Yes, Sydney-wide, with travel included. December bookings run from the CBD to the Inner West and the North Shore on the same published prices.
