The 360 Booth’s slow-motion clip leaves the stand on a guest’s phone within seconds. The Mirror Booth puts your branding on the screen itself as well as the print. The Open-Air Booth is the stand-friendly option.
What we brand, and what we do not
Print templates, on-screen designs and props can all carry your logo and colours, and the artwork is agreed before the day.
What we do not do is collect guest contact details for you: there is no lead-capture form in the booth and no list handed over afterwards.
Planning the floor and the run sheet
Send us the stand dimensions, the power available and the access window, and we confirm the footprint before you commit to it. The booth is set up and tested before the floor opens, and the host stays with it for the full activation.
Quotes and invoicing

How much does a brand activation photo booth cost in Sydney?
From $799 for three event hours on the Retro Booth, $899 on the Glam Booth, $999 on the Mirror Booth and $1,099 on the 360 Booth, with four and five-hour packages published on the pricing page. The Open-Air Booth is quoted rather than booked online.
Which booth pulls the biggest queue at an activation?
The 360 Booth. The slow-motion clip is shared from the stand. The Mirror Booth is the alternative when you want the screen itself branded.
Can every print and screen carry our branding?
Yes. A custom print template is a $25 add-on covering the print layout and on-screen designs. We set the artwork before the day. A printed backdrop, one of 10 designs, is $50; the standard range is included.
Do we get the data or the images afterwards?
You get a digital gallery of every image from the activation. We do not run lead capture or collect guest details on your behalf.
Can you fit an expo stand or a fixed footprint?
Usually. The Open-Air Booth needs only a clear area near a power point. Send us the stand dimensions and the power available and we will confirm before you commit.
Can we invoice rather than pay by card?
Yes. Pay a $200 card deposit online and we invoice the balance, or get in touch and we will raise a quote or an invoice for your finance team.
